- Once both sides sign the agreement, we send the proceeds to you by your payment method of choice NEFT/RTGS/UPI/CHEQUE Etc. minus our fee.
- The buyer is responsible for recording the trademark assignment agreement with IPIndia, Not Seller and FikarFree.
You may request to remove your listing from Fikarfree at any time if you decide not to sell your trademark at all, and Fikarfree will remove your listing within three business days.

Safe Transaction: Funds Held Securely
Fikarfree will hold the purchase funds securely until the trademark assignment agreement is signed by both parties. Once the contract is signed and the ownership change is legal, the funds will be released to the seller.
Fikarfree Drafts the Trademark Transfer Agreement
Fikarfree will generate a valid trademark assignment agreement, using language that will make the trademark transfer valid as soon as both parties sign. The language of the agreement will be recognized by the IPIndia as changing the ownership of the identified trademark.
